Today on Throwback Thursday I wanted to share another one of my favorite mystery series that I still have to admit I read today when I am feeling nostalgic and that is the Nancy Drew Mysteries. Who as a kid didn't want to be Nancy Drew or one of the Hardy Boys. I can still remember reading the first Nancy Drew Mystery The Secret of the Old Clock (Nancy Drew #1)

Next I read The Hidden Staircase (Nancy Drew #2) by Carolyn Keene 
I was hooked and read as many of the series as I could. I have just recently started reading them again starting with the first in the series. I still like to read them and love to share them with youngsters that love to read. If you are a girl in my family you will be getting one of these as a present from me to hopefully spark your love to read and to love the mystery genre as well as Nancy Drew. I am reading again The Hidden Staircase now and plan on going right on through the whole series.What series of mysteries did you like to read as a child and why?
